I appreciate you emailing me and explaining the situation (really - few do this). As we discussed, skin that is already irritated or compromised can be more sensitive to products.In the cleansing process, stinging can and may occur. This does not mean a skin reaction. It may be doing its job and ridding the Biodôme of unwanted bacteria and yeast. If swelling, additional redness or growth of a plaque occurs, then there is most certainly cause for concern, and immediate cessation of the product is required. Please remember, STANK is 98% natural. Because of this, there is very little chance of an adverse reaction. Thanks again for trying STANK
